These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 15vip platform and all its services. By accessing the 15vip website, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have given your full consent to these Terms.

2.3 Account Verification

15vip may request to verify your identity at any time. Failure to provide the required documents for verification may result in the temporary suspension of your account.

3.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount for each deposit method is ৳500.
• Deposits may only be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• After a successful deposit, it generally takes a few minutes for the balance to be credited to your account.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Account verification must be completed before submitting a withdrawal request.

3.3 Supported Payment Methods

4.1 Welcome Bonus

15vip offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing your total balance to ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Terms

Every bonus is subject to a 25x wagering requirement. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you can withdraw winnings earned from that bonus after placing ৳25,000 in bets.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation Circumstances

15vip reserves the right to cancel a bonus in the following cases:

• An attempt is made to claim bonuses from multiple accounts.
• The bonus terms are violated.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity is found.
• Registration was completed using false or incomplete information.

5.1 Gaming Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

11.2 Closure by the User
